  The substrate of water transfer paper is a kind of marked paper soluble in water, which, from a structural point of view, is not much different from water drape printing film but different greatly in its production process. Water transfer paper is fabricated by creating the transfer facsimile on its substrate surface via screen printing or offset manner.
